CAMELLIA, A Love Letter for the Past, Present and Future of Busan by Asia’s Directors

Seagulls and camellia are the symbols of ocean side city of Busan, well known for Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF). The blazing red camellia blossoms represent 'an eternal love that overcomes time and space’ and ‘the waiting for that solemn promise'.
